I work around your schedule. As a trainer, I understand that not everybody works a nine-to-five or has all afternoon to get in a solid workout. Not a morning person? No problem! I’ll work with you any time during the day to fit your schedule. Whether it’s morning, afternoon, or night, I can plan around your schedule.
While it’s recommended that morning is the best time to get your workout in, this doesn’t work for everyone. Working out in the morning is often a good way to help people wake up and get the blood flowing to get through the day. Others are tired and ready to go to sleep after. We’ll decide what works best for you and plan accordingly.
No two people are the same. This is especially true when it comes to putting together an exercise plan. There might be somebody who has all the same goals as you, down to the number of pounds they want to lose. However, they likely don’t share your medical history, workout experience, or physical limitations. This is why I get to know you and your background before putting together a plan for you. If you’re training for a particular sport, I’ll make sure you’re ready when training starts. If you want to lose weight, I’ll help you create the habits that will help you shed pounds and keep them off.
